The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead / Senior QA Analyst to support our customer in operating, maintaining, and enhancing their Salesforce-based grants management and CRM systems, along with an AWS-hosted data warehouse that serves as the system of record for the full lifecycle of grant activities.

This position supports a full suite of services including help desk operations, application development, system integration, data engineering, compliance reporting, cloud support, and modernization efforts. The QA Lead / Senior QA Analyst will ensure that all system enhancements, configurations, and releases meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive QA and UAT test plans, test cases, and scripts
  • Lead and conduct regression, functional, scenario-based, and manual testing
  • Coordinate UAT activities with customer stakeholders
  • Maintain test logs, defect logs, and issue resolution records
  • Validate that all configurations, enhancements, and fixes are thoroughly tested and documented
  • Follow customer configuration management and documentation standards
  • Produce and maintain system architecture documents, SOPs, user guides, and release notes
  • Support quality assurance across Salesforce-based workflows and AWS-hosted data environments
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (508) and internal testing protocols

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of QA experience, including test planning and execution
  • Experience coordinating UAT activities and working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Strong understanding of manual, regression, and scenario-based testing
  • Familiarity with Salesforce environments and workflow-based systems
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
  • Experience in agile development environments
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills

Performance Expectations & Deliverables

  • 100% of major releases covered by QA and UAT test cases
  • UAT Test Plans (with test cases and scripts) submitted per release using customer-approved templates
  • Defect logs delivered within 5 business days of test cycle completion
  • Updated technical documentation delivered for each major release
