We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven
Construction Account Manager – Sales
to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the construction process, and enjoys building long-term partnerships with clients.

About the Role

The Construction Account Manager will be responsible for generating new leads, nurturing existing accounts, and guiding clients through the preconstruction and early project phases. You will work closely with estimators and project managers to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial property owners, managers and developers
  • Conduct client meetings, site walks, and proposal presentations
  • Manage a book of ongoing accounts and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with estimating team to prepare accurate proposals and bid packages
  • Follow up on leads, RFPs, inquiries, and networking contacts
  • Track activity, sales pipeline, and forecasting
  • Represent the company at networking events, industry meetups, and trade organizations

Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years of construction, real estate, or B2B sales experience (commercial preferred)
  • Understanding of basic construction processes and terminology
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage goals and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable meeting clients onsite and discussing scopes of work
  • Professional, polished presence with a solution-oriented mindset
