Description

RN Weekend Supervisor - Dementia Unit - Saturdays and Sundays 6:45AM to 7:15PM - Sign-On Bonus $5,000.  

Payrates are based on YOUR years of experience, plus an additional $10.00 per hour for WE premium shift differential on Saturdays and Sundays.  

White Oak Manor Kings Mountain is seeking a motivated RN to fill our Part-Time RN Weekend Premium Supervisor position on our Dementia Unit. The RN Supervisor will assess resident care needs and implement appropriate action. Implement nursing policies and procedures. Supervises the quality of nursing care provided to patients/residents for our 28 bed Dementia Wing in our 154 bed Skilled Long-Term Care and Short-Term Rehabilitation facility.  

  • Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 6:45AM to 7:15PM

This is an exciting time to be a member of the White Oak Kings Mountain nursing team We have a strong team of exceptional RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, as well as a team of corporate nursing consultants dedicated to ensuring your success. Our nurse managers excel in their roles and provide consistent and valuable support for the RN Supervisor.

The ideal candidate is flexible and innovative with strong leadership, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, customer service and organizational skills. Must relate professionally with residents, staff, family members, referral sources, physicians, and vendors. The Weekend RN Supervisor desires to build on employee engagement and excels in being part of the weekend/weekday team to encourage collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications include a current active RN license in good standing, excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience in long-term care and/or supervisory experience is a plus
