-: What You'll Do: As an RN Unit Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans for individual residents.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Conduct regular assessments to uphold quality standards and compliance.

-: Qualifications: The ideal RN Unit Supervisor will possess:

  • A valid state RN nursing license.
  • An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a Long-Term Care setting (preferred).
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
  • A strong interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill.
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
