We are a leading salon furniture company looking for a creative and strategic Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus heavily on content creation — from brainstorming ideas to producing posts that capture attention and spark engagement. You'll also help shape social media strategies that grow our brand and drive traffic across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of social media marketing, enjoys bringing creative ideas to life, and knows how to craft content that resonates with the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media & Content Management
  • Plan, design, and publish creative social media posts that stand out and spark engagement
  • Develop, schedule, and monitor content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more
  • Adapt messaging and visuals to resonate with Vietnamese and American audiences
  • Build community engagement through active interaction with followers and online groups
  • Manage TikTok Live and TikTok Shop to drive sales, brand awareness, and real-time engagement

Strategy & Trend Development

  • Stay on top of emerging trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors
  • Contribute to evolving social media strategies that enhance visibility, interaction, and brand loyalty

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience producing and editing multimedia content (creative posts, graphics, short-form videos, photos)
  • Working knowledge of design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Strong foundation in marketing principles including audience segmentation, storytelling, and brand identity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
