- Conduct analyses of quality of earnings, working capital trends, and normalized EBITDA adjustments.
- Develop Excel-based financial models and perform scenario/sensitivity analysis as needed.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or corporate development, ideally involving M&A, transaction advisory, or financial due diligence engagements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, assess quality of earnings, and evaluate working capital and EBITDA adjustments.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with valuation concepts, deal structures, and transaction documentation (LOIs, purchase agreements) preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to summarize complex findings clearly and confidently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Ability to travel nationally up to 10–15%.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a Big 4 or national accounting firm in Transaction Advisory Services (TAS), Financial Due Diligence (FDD), or Deal Advisory.
- Exposure to private equity transactions, including portfolio company diligence and add-on acquisitions.
- Working knowledge of valuation, corporate finance, or investment banking principles.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau) or advanced Excel modeling.
