Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Bollywood Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for dance, especially Bollywood styles, and possess the ability to inspire students of all ages. This role involves designing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and fostering a positive learning environment. Experience in curriculum development, teaching diverse age groups, and classroom management are highly valued. The instructor will contribute to our mission of promoting cultural appreciation through dance while ensuring students develop their skills in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive Bollywood dance curricula tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
• Lead engaging dance classes, demonstrating techniques and choreographies with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Manage classroom behavior to create a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for students.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment conducive to effective learning.

Skills

• Excellent classroom management abilities to foster discipline and enthusiasm among students.
• Experience working with children, early childhood education, preschool experience, or special education is preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for adult education and individuals with varying learning needs.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship
