Position Summary:

As a Business Development Manager at Midway, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new client relationships while nurturing existing ones. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue by offering our staffing solutions to businesses across various industries. Working closely with internal teams, you'll ensure our services align with client needs, positioning the company as a trusted partner in talent acquisition.

Your role will involve researching market trends, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and establishing long-term partnerships that deliver exceptional staffing solutions. By leveraging your industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and a solutions-oriented approach, you will be instrumental in achieving the company's growth targets while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and cultivate relationships with prospective clients through targeted outreach methods, including cold calling, emailing, in-person meetings, and leveraging job boards and networking events to generate leads.

Strengthen and nurture long-term partnerships with existing clients by actively addressing their challenges, uncovering evolving needs, and consistently delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Effectively communicate and present Midway staffing's services to potential clients, utilizing customized presentations, attending trade shows, and participating in industry events to elevate brand visibility and credibility.

Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, driving company profitability and expanding market share in the staffing industry.

Maintain a keen understanding of the latest trends and shifts in light industrial staffing to proactively address client inquiries, offer expert guidance, and anticipate future market demands.

Partner closely with the Vice President/ President and cross-functional sales teams to refine strategies, enhance processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving collective success.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

3-5 years of experience in sales, with a solid understanding of account management, sales, and recruitment best practices.

A natural ability to forge and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, while consistently delivering exceptional customer service and value.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere.

Proficiency in Google Suite or similar software tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Reliable transportation and the willingness to travel up to 75% as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
