Position Summary:
The Marketing Design & Content Specialist will play a key role in shaping Camden National Bank's brand voice across social media, orchestrating high-impact events that connect customers and Centers of Influence (COIs), and enhancing internal communications by creating compelling content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Content Creation
Develop and execute compelling content including short-form videos and strategies across platforms to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with Camden National Bank's social media policy and broader marketing goals.
Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics and audience insights.
Event Management & Stakeholder Engagement
Plan and manage engaging customer-facing and COI events, including appreciation gatherings and strategic forums.
Coordinate logistics, communications, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless experiences and measurable impact.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align events with business objectives and community outreach.
Intranet & Internal Communications
Serve as the primary owner of our intranet platform, curating content that informs, inspires, and connects employees.
Collaborate with business lines and leadership to ensure timely updates and strategic messaging.
Support internal campaigns and initiatives that foster transparency and engagement across departments.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, event planning, and/or internal communications
Proficiency in social media platforms and reporting, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Hootesuite, and content management systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with HTML and CSS and email management tools (ie. Iterable)
Skills and Abilities:
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Highly organized, proactive, curious and collaborative with a growth mindset
Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Outstanding collaboration skills
Project management skills
