Wendy's is looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst. As part of the technical team, the Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the business and documenting its systems and processes. They will be responsible for creating and capturing requirements, tracking changes, understanding the sequence of work required, identifying risks and issues for escalation, and monitoring and reporting on work and progress. They will serve as intermediary between the technical teams and product owners, outlining the needs of the business, ensuring the software or system is designed, developed, and delivered to meet those needs. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to act as liaison between the technical team and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Performs analysis for applications and partners with the product team to understand business objectives and roadmap of products.
• Translates business requirements into technical specifications, maintains relationships with the business, and drives standard business processes across engineering.
• Analyzes and documents current technology stacks.
• Produces reports, timelines, and graphics to communicate expectations and progresses to stakeholders.
• Communicates requirements and functional specifications to product engineering teams.

What we expect from you

• Bachelors Degree is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a business analyst, technical program management or project manager role, or equivalent work experience
• Proven team player who works well with both technical and non-technical resources
• Candidate must be comfortable with multitasking across several projects and managing several stakeholders at any given time
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience creating detailed requirements and presentations
• Experience working in an agile team and leading agile ceremonies

Expected Work Location (Remote)
: It is expected that you will primarily perform work remotely. You may be asked to travel, as needed, to the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or to other location(s) as designated by the Company. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs.

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 10% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
