Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Duration: 12 Months+ Location: Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ) Description: We are looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst role with a background in data analysis or data management for a new group that is working in our Information Governance team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Project experience, with data management and/or data analysis as well as 1-3 years of BA experience as the ability to facilitate meetings with the business, elicit requirements and prepare documents (writing, presenting, formalizing) are important. The critical skills for this position are: Ability to work independently. Ability to be collaborative, working with all levels throughout the organization. Experience Facilitating meetings. Active listening skills to ensure you are meeting the business' needs. Proactive planning and actions on work efforts, not just waiting to be given direction. Ability to manage multiple tasks and not get frustrated dealing with competing issues. Able to navigate Ambiguity Experience providing customer service support Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge. Tool proficiency: Outlook, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS365, Sharepoint, Teams/Zoom/webex. Should have: PowerBI, Collibra .
