So who are we? APlus Payroll is a full service payroll company that heavily leverages technology to process and deliver Workforce Management Solutions for other businesses.

What do we do? Our robust software powered by UKG Ready is utilized by our clients. We are looking for an exceptional employee who can support our clients using this system and help them with payroll processing and time tracking configuration. It involves helping them set up the software to accommodate their payroll and time tracking processes, policies, and procedures.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a full-time payroll support specialist who has outstanding customer service skills, is detail oriented, professional, personable, reliable, and has excellent computer skills. The person for this job will need to be very proficient at learning and understanding complex software and helping clients to use it. You need to be good with computers and people An FPC or CPP is preferred, but not required. Work hours are M-Th 8am - 5pm and Fri 8am - 12pm. We believe in a true work/life balance so every weekend is a long one.

What basic knowledge and job requirements are needed to be successful with us?

• High School Diploma
• 1 Year of recent Payroll (paycheck calculation) experience using a robust payroll and time system
• Knowledge of current laws affecting payroll and employment
• Knowledge of payroll taxes
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of excellent customer service
• Computer proficiency
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Excellent written and oral communication, listening, and phone skills
• Team Oriented, Reliable, Professional
• FPC or CPP preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $26.00 per hour
