We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greensboro, NC.
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact between customers and our production team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with manufacturing or printing processes. The CSR will manage orders from start to finish—ensuring customers receive timely quotes, accurate order entry, and excellent follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and order updates.
- Enter and process orders for cutting dies, print plates, and related products.
- Coordinate with production, design, and shipping departments to meet deadlines.
- Review artwork and specifications for accuracy before production.
- Manage customer accounts, maintaining detailed records and order history.
- Provide professional, timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing within a manufacturing, packaging, or printing environment preferred.
- Knowledge of cutting dies, print plates, or related tooling a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret customer drawings or specifications helpful.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-site in Greensboro, NC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
