Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleveland, OH for an Estimator/Sales Person. New leads are provided by our inside sales representatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Converting leads provided by our inside representatives into sales
  • Traveling to job sites to review client needs
  • Applying field and product knowledge to match services to the needs of clients
  • Estimating project work scope and cost
  • Communicating with clients, vendors, and crew members to schedule and complete projects successfully
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

Qualifications

The Estimator/Sales person should have a strong understanding of the sales process and will excel at following up on leads, building relationships, and closing deals. Training on products and services will be provided.

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
