We are seeking a compassionate and skilled New Jersey Licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) to join our team. Clinicians will provide therapy to clients with a range of diagnoses, with a focus on trauma, relational abuse, and narcissistic abuse recovery.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions (insurance and out-of-network clients)
  • Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes (paid admin time included)
  • Provide trauma-informed care using evidence-based modalities (EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapies, Hypnosis, etc.)
  • Support clients in long-term recovery from complex relational and emotional trauma

Qualifications

  • Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMFT in New Jersey
  • EMDR-trained or willing to pursue advanced trauma training
  • Passion for working with trauma, relational abuse, and complex client needs
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Comfortable providing both telehealth therapy
  • Strong Wi-Fi access

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $102.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
