About the Role:

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our company and deliver outstanding customer service to our clients and visitors. As the first point of contact, you'll manage front desk operations, handle inbound communications, and support the team with a range of administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct clients and visitors to appropriate personnel or departments using systems like Stone Profits and CRM tools.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering and routing incoming calls.
  • Take accurate messages and transfer calls efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain team calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing email, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assign and track leads via internet forms, WhatConverts, and Excel.
  • Maintain a clean and professional reception and waiting area.
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and helpful responses to client inquiries.
  • Support additional administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
