Piper Companies is currently looking for a Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) in Reston, VA to join a support team tasked with securing internal resources for a Worldwide leader in technology. Responsibilities for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:

  • Provide guidance and support to company FSOs and DISS users regarding the PCL process and general compliance
  • Communicate with government agencies when obtaining rulings and approvals for compliance regulations
  • Partake in security inspections and be able to compare policies and procedures with corrective action
  • Research security violations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions Qualifications for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
  • 3+ years of professional FSO experience
  • Must have active TS/SCI CI poly
  • Strong knowledge of DISS
  • Bachelor's Degree or related experience Compensation for the Assistant Facility Security Officer (AFSO) include:
  • Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000 based on skill level
