Job Title: Pressure Washing and Carpet Cleaning Technician

As a Pressure Washing and Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of various surfaces in both residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that spaces are not only visually appealing but also hygienic and welcoming. You'll be equipped with the latest tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results that leave our clients impressed and satisfied.

What you'll do

  • Perform high-quality pressure washing on exterior surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and building exteriors.
  • Execute thorough carpet cleaning using advanced equipment and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
  • Collaborate with team members to assess cleaning needs and develop effective strategies for each project.
  • Maintain equipment by performing regular checks and reporting any issues to ensure optimal performance.
  • Adhere to environmental service standards by using eco-friendly cleaning solutions whenever possible.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their needs and expectations.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven experience in cleaning, floor care, or custodial roles.
  • Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in pressure washing or commercial carpet cleaning services.
