Viper Wrap Studio & Car Detailing is a rapidly growing automotive restyling business based in Pembroke, MA. We specialize in
window tint, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, vinyl wraps, and mobile detailing services
for luxury and performance vehicles.

We're looking for a results-driven
Sales and Customer Service Representative
who excels in communication, organization, and technology. Automotive knowledge is helpful — but
sales ability, customer service skills, and computer proficiency
are what truly make the difference in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for walk-ins, calls, texts, and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and confidently recommend service packages.
  • Create and manage quotes, invoices, and appointments using our CRM.
  • Follow up with leads to convert estimates into booked jobs.
  • Process deposits and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ask for Google reviews and referrals after completed jobs.
  • Track customer data, feedback, and job details digitally.
  • (Optional) Assist with light marketing tasks — photos, video clips, or social media updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong

    (verbal and written).
  • Solid
    computer and tech proficiency
    — CRM, email, scheduling tools.
  • Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Previous experience in automotive, retail, or service-based sales preferred, but not required.
