Superior Plus Propane is currently in search of an individual that is highly self-driven and experienced in Heating Oil/Boiler systems and service. The Burner Service Technician will provide top-of-class service to our customers while always ensuring compliance with codes and safety policies. The Burner Service Technician will report directly to the District Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Primary focus and experience on burner service and prime and starts on systems
  • Able to troubleshoot and identify customer equipment issues as needed
  • Perform routine and annual maintenance as necessary on customer equipment
  • Respond to customer emergencies as needed
  • Rotate "on call" status during evenings and weekends as needed
  • Consistently communicate proactively with the District Manager, CSC Manager, Dispatcher, Sales reps, drivers, and customers as necessary
  • Performs other duties, as required

What you bring:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  • MA Burner's License preferred
  • Prefer 2 years job-related experience
  • Positive attitude and great communication skills
  • Must have valid Driver License
