Right now, our Nissan of Louisville Body Shop team is looking for a Customer Service Representative who is organized, friendly, and ready to make a difference by helping customers get back on the road with confidence.

Position: Body Shop Customer Service Representative

Location: Jeff Wyler Nissan of Louisville

Pay: Compensation will be based off experience

Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do:
  • Be the friendly face and helpful voice for our Body Shop customers
  • Schedule repair appointments and provide status updates
  • Maintain clear communication between technicians, customers, and insurance partners
  • Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish
  • Offering support to the front office staff and Coaches.
What You'll Bring:
  • A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Computer literateracy
