We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Louisville, KY office. As our CSR you will be the first impression to clients, vendors, and visitors. Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors, assists other team members in the accomplishment of their responsibilities. This position is a key role in our tax preparation process. Duties include assembly of tax returns, scanning, delivery of tax returns, and e-filing, as well as other clerical and administrative duties.

Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably 1+ years of administrative and customer service experience in a professional office setting; strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; possess strong PC skills including intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to multitask; be dependable, punctual, have an upbeat personality and present themselves in a professional manner at all times. The right candidate will embrace a team culture and have a desire to serve others including clients, co-workers, and community. This position my require overtime and some weekend and evening hours during peak tax deadline periods.
