We are seeking an experienced
Senior (IAM) Engineer
with at least
8 years of hands-on experience
in IAM deployment, engineering, and SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation. The ideal candidate will have expert-level technical proficiency in SailPoint IIQ (version 8.3) and a strong background in integrating enterprise systems using custom connectors, APIs, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of
    SailPoint IdentityIQ
    systems.
  • Integrate new applications into SailPoint using
    custom connectors
    ,
    APIs
    ,
    web services
    , and
    SCIM-based connectors
    .
  • Develop and enhance
    custom plugins
    , including both
    frontend interfaces
    and
    backend APIs
    within SailPoint.
  • Design and implement solutions for
    Identity Lifecycle Management (LCM)
    ,
    Provisioning
    ,
    Certifications
    , and
    Role Management
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and troubleshoot
    custom System/Application Connectors
    within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Implement and manage
    RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
    ,
    Identity Policies
    ,
    Password Policies
    ,
    User Provisioning
    , and
    Approval Workflows
    .
  • Utilize
    Java
    ,
    BeanShell
    ,
    REST APIs
    , and
    web services
    for system integrations and development.
  • Work with
    Microsoft Active Directory
    and
    Relational Databases
    to manage user identities and system access.
  • Leverage
    Splunk
    for monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting IAM activities.
  • Utilize
    CICD Build Tools
    and
    Agile methodologies
    to streamline deployment and testing.
  • Work with
    SSF
    ,
    Rapid Setup Framework
    , and
    SSD Deployment Framework
    for efficient configuration and deployment management.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security and access management policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum
    8 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    experience with a strong focus on
    SailPoint IdentityIQ
    .
  • Expert-level proficiency in
    SailPoint IIQ 8.3
    version.
  • Advanced skills in
    custom connector development
    ,
    API integration
    , and
    web services (REST/SOAP)
    .
  • Strong experience with
    RBAC
    ,
    Identity Governance
    , and
    Provisioning frameworks
    .
  • Proficient in
    Java
    ,
    BeanShell scripting
    , and
    Relational Databases (SQL)
    .
  • Experience in
    plugin development
    , both frontend and backend.
  • Familiarity with
    Git repositories
    ,
    cloud environments
    , and
    Splunk logging tools
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile
    and
    DevOps/CICD
    environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Payrate: $ Type 7+ months (temp to perm) - 1st Shift
