Role Description

This is a contract role for a Regional Business Development Manager located in Qatar Reporting to our Miami Office, FL. The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and developing strategic plans to expand NEKO Aerospace Engineering's presence in the region. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Contract Negotiation skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
  • Understanding of the aerospace industry and familiarity with FAA regulations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
