Production Lead

Cintas is seeking a Production Lead to support the Rental Division. The Production Lead is responsible for assisting supervisors/managers in ensuring that productivity, department goals and quality standards are consistently met. Production Leads coordinate the work in a specific production area and are expected to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $ $22.50/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
