Sales Manager, Elk Grove Village IL

Develop, Lead, Results Driven and foster a win/win Sales Culture

  • You understand that the ability to generate new business rest with your team while having the complete support of the Company
  • You know how to define and strategically attack key market segments
  • You understand how to build and develop your teams sales pipeline using Salesforce
  • You are well versed and follow a defined Sales process that you instill with your team
  • You know how to handle and define customer objections and how to hone your teams ability to deal with Customer objections.
  • You are able to convince people to do what they had not intended to do
  • You have an understanding of the North American Supply chain marketplace and can demonstrate to your team where they can add value for their customers

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in Managing a multi geographic Sales Team for min of 3 years.
  • Technology savvy and can work with multiple sales, marketing systems and apps.
  • Have recruited & retained high caliber sales staff
  • Exceptional English skills in speaking and writing
  • Highly organized with an ability to multitask, prioritize time while paying attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage and move sales pipeline results effectively
  • Interface with Executive team on KPI's weekly in report out
  • Know how to motivate and drive change in a sales team
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales team quota
  • Must have a car and ability to travel
