We're a 15-year-old design-build remodeling firm based in Ballard, and we're looking for a Project Manager to lead our residential projects with clarity, accountability, and a commitment to excellence. This role is central to delivering the promises we make to our clients—and to building homes, teams, and relationships that last.
FIRST, SOME QUESTIONS:
Do you thrive on managing complex residential projects from concept to completion?
Do you believe that great communication and clear expectations are the foundation of successful construction?
Do you enjoy mentoring and developing others while keeping budgets and schedules on track?
Are you passionate about restoring and remodeling Seattle homes to last another 100 years?
Do you want to work in a company that values integrity, collaboration, and craftsmanship?
Sound like you? Here's what we're looking for:

- Ensure quality control and timely communication of change orders
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee customer service, warranty issues, and final walkthroughs
- Support administrative tasks including invoicing, timecard reviews, and Procore updates
- Continuously improve estimating templates and contract documents
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling, and field coordination
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Familiarity with Procore and general software competency
- Ability to train and mentor field staff effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
What We Offer
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Up to 20% profit-sharing potential based on GP & NP goals
- 401K with employer match
- Paid vacation (3 weeks combined vacation/sick leave) + 7 holidays
