We are currently seeking a
Client Coordinator/Project Manager
. The Client Coordinator/ Project Manager will coordinate and organize the client discovery phase, implementation, training and ongoing needs for all clients utilizing the BenSelect employee benefit enrollment system. This will include a high level of collaboration between the Data Management team and Account Executives, Vendors and Clients. The ideal candidate will possess a service mentality, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

How You'll Make An Impact
Project Management:

  • New client onboarding - Meet with client and facilitate the discovery phase. Interview client to determine client rules and processes for HR, Payroll and Benefits management.
  • Coordinate implementation of solutions and activities between management, client services and data management team assigned to case.Responsible for developing and implementing ongoing and initial client training, as well as managing customer experience with BenSelect
  • Act as a liaison between internal technology team and end users.

Communication Skills

  • Must be able to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience. Experience with public speaking to both small and large groups or with leading classroom-based training. Will need to triage team and client questions timely, answering or escalating when appropriate.

Detail Oriented and Organized:

  • Must be able to compartmentalize and manage standards and processes from client to client. Strong task management skills. Takes pride and ownership in a job well done.

Problem Solving:

  • Initial point of contact for BenSelect related inquiries, both internal and client facing.
  • Identifies and monitors project risks, action items and issues.
  • Involvement in user testing of systems related to new client onboarding.

Documentation:

  • Receive, track and resolve employer questions.
  • Proactively communicates project status, issues and mitigations to management stakeholders.
  • Produce, edit and maintain client-facing and internal documentation.

Training

  • Train clients, including onsite travel to client site with some overnight travel required.
  • Provide, design and run training classes and workshops for internal personne.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Travel is expected to be 25% in this role.

About You
Required: Bachelors degree and 5 years related experience required. Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends. Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Customer management and/or support experience
  • Intermediate technical and business background:
  • Familiarity with employee voluntary benefits
  • Understanding of payroll and deduction methodology
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge of individual/group voluntary insurance
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Access
  • Familiarity with any computer programming language
  • Familiarity with enrollment platform technology

Compensation And Benefits
