We're a rapidly expanding investment firm buying properties directly from sellers throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. We specialize in fast, as-is purchases — helping property owners find win-win solutions without the stress of traditional real estate transactions.

Our team is growing quickly, and we're looking for motivated, high-performing Acquisitions Specialists who are ready to take their income — and their career — to the next level.

What You'll Do

As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll take ownership of a steady flow of qualified leads and turn conversations into profitable deals.

This is a performance-based sales role for professionals who love to compete, close, and exceed goals.

  • Manage and convert a pipeline of motivated seller leads (we provide them)
  • Make 80+ outbound calls daily to qualified prospects
  • Negotiate directly with property owners to structure win-win agreements
  • Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Track KPIs, meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets
  • Collaborate with our acquisitions and leadership teams to drive company growth

What We Offer

  • $4,000/month draw for your first 4 months while you ramp up
  • Uncapped, tiered commissions that reward top performance:
  • 12% commission on $0–$100k closed/month
  • 13% on $100k–$200k closed/month
  • 14%+ on $200k+ closed/month
  • Average deal size: $40,000-100,000
  • Consistent inbound and warm lead flow from significant marketing investment
  • Collaborative, high-energy culture with opportunities for advancement
  • Paid time off and performance-based incentives

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems

  • Real estate license is not required
