Position Overview:

Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist should be a resourceful, energetic, professional Recruiter. Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible to build community relations to increase applicant flow, assisting teams in smooth employee engagement and retention

Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist - Job Functions:
  • Execute recruiting strategies to source candidates (referrals, networking, internet, website, postings, etc.), interview candidates (by phone or in person) and appropriately qualify and pre-screen candidates before onboarding.
  • Collaborate with scheduling team to ensure smooth transition and retention.
  • Generate robust and diverse candidate pools for open requisitions, engaging in aggressive, creative and productive data-backed sourcing activities.
  • Actively updates applicant tracking systems to ensure they keep up with status changes for candidates throughout the Talent Acquisition process.
  • Acts as a brand ambassador to internal and external talent to promote the community as the employer of choice.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist - Requirements:
  • Experience in developing recruitment strategy.
  • Interest or experience in Seniors/ Long Term care communities.
  • Exceptional interviewing and people assessment capabilities.
  • Natural self-starter, decisive, high energy and can-do attitude with strong time management skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaborating with a team.
