C SEED Entertainment Systems is an award-winning designer and producer of cutting-edge luxury electronics. Our core products include the C SEED N1 MicroLED 4K unfolding indoor TV, the C SEED 201 – the world's largest unfolding outdoor MicroLED TV – and the C SEED Supermarine MicroLED TV. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California and Hong Kong SAR, in China.
We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as:
Showroom & Operations Coordinator (f/m/d) (part-time)
In this role, you will support the growth and smooth operation of our U.S. business, with a strong focus on coordinating activities within our Beverly Hills showroom and managing day-to-day operational processes. You will serve as the key link between our headquarters in Austria, our local team, and our U.S. clients and partners. By combining strong organizational skills, efficient process management, and service-oriented client support, you will help ensure an exceptional showroom experience and seamless internal operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Open and prepare the showroom daily, ensuring a welcoming and pristine environment
· Support showroom operations, including scheduling, coordinating appointments, and maintaining inventory/organization
· Handle administrative tasks such as booking hotels, flights, and travel arrangements
· Assist with client visits, product demonstrations, and event preparations
· Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
· Coordinate with the HQ and local team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Required Qualifications:
· Experience in showroom operations, hospitality, or administrative support
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; warm, professional presence with clients
· High attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
· Ability to work independently, reliably, and with a high sense of responsibility
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling or CRM tools is a plus
· Comfortable handling travel bookings, logistics, and general operational tasks
· Flexible, hands-on attitude suited to a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment
