We are seeking a Shipping Associate who possesses: We have multiple locations, including two in Cape Coral and one in Fort Myers on McGregor Blvd. This position may require scheduling at various locations.

  • Postalmate experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Social media skills are preferred
  • Process packages using PostalMate software (training provided)
  • Pack items for shipping
  • Set up private mailboxes
  • Log incoming packages
  • Provide notary services
  • Complete copy, print, scan, and fax jobs
  • Laminate documents as needed
  • Stock and maintain a clean storefront
  • Update social media and website content
  • Respond to emails promptly

Notary Certification Support: Not required at hire, but candidates must be willing and eligible to become a Florida Notary Public. The company will provide guidance through the certification process, including assistance with the required course, application, and associated costs.

  • Customer care providing shipping and packaging services
  • Retail store product knowledge and assistance
  • Inventory management (cycle count, replenishment, new product selection)
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates attention to detail, a strong work ethic, a desire to assist customers, excellent communication and support skills, maturity, confidence, and a solution-focused attitude.
  • Exceptional communication and support skills are essential.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with PostalMate or a willingness to learn, high integrity with no drug or alcohol issues, and eligibility to become a Notary Public in Florida (no felonies, Florida resident).
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve goals efficiently
  • Leadership and initiative to achieve store excellence as a team member
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to solve problems and find solutions
  • Maturity and confidence, with a desire to assist others in a positive and friendly manner
  • Prior experience in the shipping services or mail center industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to get a Notary Public in Florida (No Felonies, Resident of Florida)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and serve customers
  • Outstanding customer service is expected at all times. Actively listen to customer needs, address concerns promptly, and provide effective shipping and packaging solutions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
