Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production line and Packing associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment, ensuring that all items are packed securely and accurately. In addition to working on the production line ensuring all products are filled, sealed and packaged accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality and efficiency, contributing to the overall success of our production and packing operations. Hours are flexible between 830 am and 4 pm. Monday through Saturday. Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities - up to but not limited to

  • Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Label packages clearly and correctly to ensure proper delivery.
  • Inspect items for defects or damages before packing.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
  • Assist in inventory management by tracking incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deadlines.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling materials.

Experience

  • Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
  • Forklift experience is required. Certification required.
  • Familiarity with shipping software or inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Strong ability to follow written guidelines in English is necessary for this role.

Pay: From $18.61 per hour
