We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitor to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building's exterior and common areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and works well independently while supporting the overall maintenance and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas of the building, including the lobby, walkways, stairways, and entryways.
  • Sweep, blow, and wash sidewalks, entryways, and other hard surfaces as needed.
  • Remove litter, debris, and leaves from around the building perimeter.
  • Clean light fixtures within reachable areas.
  • Sweep and mop floors in the trash room weekly to ensure a clean, odor-free environment.
  • Ensure trash bins and recycling containers are properly positioned and maintained.
  • Report any leaks, pest issues, or damage in the trash room to management.
  • Identify and report any exterior building damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues (such as lighting problems or cracks) to management.
  • Keep walkways, entrances, and trash room areas free of slip and trip hazards.
  • Maintain janitorial supplies and storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance and management teams to ensure all areas meet community standards.

Part-Time Mon-Fri 7am-11am

Pay Scale: $19
