Overview:
IndeVets is on a mission to make veterinary medicine better. We partner with animal hospitals to provide them with a flexible, highly skilled team of veterinarians—our IndeVets—who deliver consistent, high-quality care. At the same time, we give our doctors the support, stability, and work-life balance they need to thrive. The result: happier doctors, healthier hospitals, and better medicine.
The Key Accounts Manager ensures the smooth operational execution of IndeVets' Preferred Partnership programs with corporate veterinary groups. This mid-level individual contributor role is responsible for coordinating partner needs at the national, regional, and local levels, organizing cross-functional workstreams, ensuring timely follow-through, and building strong working relationships with regional leaders inside each partner organization.

- Recruiting – to identify markets where vet supply is constrained
- Clinical – for clinical escalations
- Marketing – for partner-specific communication support
- Ensure all teams are aligned through clear, timely communication.
Data, Reporting, and Insights
- Pull and interpret partner performance metrics (shift growth, shift fill rates, AIV availability).
- Identify opportunities for increased usage and unmet demand.
- Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review materials—data pulls, insights, recommendations.
- Provide concise internal summaries on partner health, risks, and emerging trends.
Escalation Coordination
- Serve as the point person for organizing resolution of partner issues.
- Bring the right stakeholders together and ensure follow-through until resolved.
