We are searching for someone who can work 12 months a year

  • Must be able to work weekends

  • or 2 part time hours per week)
  • Looking for openers (6am) and closers (done at 7:30pm)

Excellent tips at our St Paul location. Current counter staff are earning an additional $4 to $6 per hour in tips equaling and average of $20-$22 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional service to all customers.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system

- Provide product information, recommendations, and upsell products when appropriate

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including stocking shelves and merchandise displays

Requirements:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred

- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient operations

- Basic understanding of technical sales is a plus
