Inside Sales Representative
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our inside sales team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate new leads through outbound activities and set appointments for Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners.
This role begins as an in-office position during the training and ramp-up period. Once you've successfully met key performance indicators (KPI's), you may become eligible for a hybrid schedule or, based on performance, the potential to move into a fully remote role.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use internet resources to generate new leads for route-based territories
- Partner with Outside Sales Representatives and Franchise Owners to identify business contacts, qualify leads, and drive them through the sales pipeline
- Foster business growth with high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers
- Create a strong first impression with prospects via phone, building value in our brand
- Set appropriate expectations with prospects using correct call flow and resources.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of outbound business development (B2B preferred)
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Previous CRM experience (ZOHO CRM preferred)
- Ability to work well in a professional team environment
- Proven track record in phone prospecting for new business

- Ability to multi-task, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively
