About the Role

We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Barista with at least 2 years of barista experience to join our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with customers, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm and memorable experience.

What You'll Do

  • Craft high-quality coffee & tea beverages to our standards
  • Assist customers with menu selections & provide great recommendations
  • Operate POS system & handle transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming café environment
  • Follow food safety & handling procedures
  • Work with the team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to warmly welcome and positively engage with customers (Required)
  • Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is required
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required
  • A passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques, latte art and beverage preparation methods
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • Strong social media skills are a plus
