Position Summary:

We are looking for experienced and service-minded Servers who excel in fast-paced environments and understand that exceptional hospitality starts with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. This role requires high emotional intelligence, strong sales instincts, and an unwavering commitment to delivering standout guest experiences every time.

As a server, you are both a brand ambassador and sales driver—balancing the art of connection with the science of service execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Genuine Hospitality:
  • Greet and engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness from the moment they arrive to their final farewell.
  • Guide the Guest Experience:
  • Educate guests on our menu, offer thoughtful recommendations, and anticipate needs without being asked.
  • Maintain High Standards:
  • Uphold cleanliness, pacing, and accuracy standards in all service areas; follow steps of service with consistency and care.
  • Drive Sales Through Service:
  • Confidently suggest add-ons, upsells, and limited-time features with enthusiasm and integrity.
  • Communicate Effectively:
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with kitchen staff, baristas, expo, and hosts to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Support Team Culture:
  • Step in where needed, celebrate wins, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team dynamic.

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in full-service restaurants (brunch or high-volume a plus)
  • Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest interactions
  • A polished, professional demeanor with a fun and approachable personality
  • Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and hustle with grace
  • Availability to work peak brunch hours, including weekends and holidays
  • TABC and Texas Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain)
