Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team, oversee supervision and training, and ensure high standards of care across all services. The Clinical Director will provide direct therapy, supervise staff and interns, develop clinical programs, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups as needed
  • Supervise LMSWs, student interns, and licensure supervisees through individual and group sessions
  • Train staff on therapeutic modalities, clinical documentation, ethics, and professional conduct
  • Conduct performance evaluations, support goal setting, and provide exam preparation guidance
  • Develop and maintain clinical policies, documentation standards, and emergency protocols
  • Lead staff meetings, case consultations, and peer review opportunities
  • Monitor quality assurance, client outcomes, and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
  • Support billing oversight and marketing initiatives to grow clinical services and recruit interns
  • Design specialty training programs and develop clinical resources and materials
  • Stay updated on policy, law, and best practices; communicate changes to the team
  • Model professional boundaries and promote self-care and growth among staff

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active state clinical supervisor license (LCSW-S, LPC-S, or LMFT-S)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience supervising clinical staff, interns, and licensure supervisees
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
