Fire Protection Engineering Intern

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and quality-oriented individual with an interest in engineering to join our team as a Fire Protection Engineering Intern for the summer of 2026. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of post-secondary education in an accredited fire protection or structural engineering program.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Coursework and working knowledge of Structural Engineering (preferred).
• Working knowledge and experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Possess strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities (or demonstrate ability to develop such abilities).
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Positive contributor to overall office and department goals, culture, and morale.
• Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA, ETABS, etc.)
• General building construction knowledge (preferred)

Eligibility Requirements:

• Enrolled as a full-time student in an in a fire protection or structural engineering program at a nationally recognized, accredited college.
• Minimum of three years of required courses completed towards an undergraduate Fire Protection or Structural engineering degree.

Expected hourly wage of $ $30.00.
