About the Role:

We are hiring full-time Accounting Associates for our centralized office. This role is ideal for bilingual individuals who have prior accounting experience—whether in the U.S. or abroad—and are seeking a stable, long-term career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and reconcile daily dealership transactions

  • Process accounts payable and receivable

  • Used vehicle title processing

  • Assist with month-end closing activities

  • Review internal reports for accuracy

  • Collaborate with dealership departments to ensure financial accuracy

  • Support auditing and documentation processes

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (international degrees welcome)

  • Prior accounting or bookkeeping experience (U.S. or international)

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
