Position Overview

We're looking for a Client Relations Associate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships. In this role, you'll serve as a key liaison between OSI and our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency, professionalism, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, updates, and feedback to clients and management.
  • Support sales and account management teams in developing client retention and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client relations, customer service, or account management (preferably in office technology, IT, or business services).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed.
