Are you a driven, persuasive, and well-connected professional with a passion for sales and client strategy? Silver Lining Design Group is looking for a Business Development Executive to accelerate our revenue growth and lead new client acquisition efforts in the event production space.

In this high-impact role, you'll be the face of our brand—identifying, vetting, and securing corporate clients, event planners, and agencies. From sales strategy to relationship building and industry networking, you'll play a key part in shaping our growth and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities
  • Represent SLDG at industry events and client meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to pass off clients and execute projects
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and help craft pricing/positioning strategies
  • Report monthly on sales and marketing performance
  • Work directly with executive leadership to define strategy

You Bring:

  • Proven success in business development or sales leadership roles
  • Existing client network required
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of event production or B2B services
  • Bachelor's degree and demonstrated AI proficiency
  • Willingness to travel domestically/internationally

Compensation & Perks:

  • Base salary plus uncapped commission potential
