Job Description

We seek a visionary Financial Accountant to drive financial excellence and strategic growth for our U.S. subsidiary, bridging global corporate standards with local regulatory expertise. You will design and implement financial frameworks, orchestrate capital management, and embed strategic financial insights into business operations that ensure adherence to US GAAP and local fiscal regulations, fortify cash flow resilience, and empower data-backed business decisions to underpin the subsidiary's sustainable growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute financial work instructions from the group headquarters, ensuring the timeliness, quality, and granularity of relevant work outputs to meet the requirements of the headquarters finance department.
  • Establish and improve the company's financial accounting standards and processes compliant with local U.S. fiscal and tax regulations. Fully responsible for various financial management tasks of the U.S. subsidiary, including but not limited to financial statement preparation, budget management, operational analysis, special reports, and financial & tax audits.
  • Monitor and control the capital changes of the U.S. subsidiary, design and continuously optimize customer credit terms in advance, collaborate with the business team to collect overdue payments in a timely manner, and ensure the safety and stability of the subsidiary's cash flow.
  • Develop professional financial solutions adapted to the business operations and development of the U.S. subsidiary. Deeply participate in the full-life-cycle management of various resource investment projects, provide quantitative financial data, ensure profitability at the source, correct deviations during the process, and conduct post-event reviews. Deliver professional opinions for the daily management of the U.S. subsidiary and support business decision-making.
  • Based on implementing the headquarters' authorization management system for the U.S. subsidiary, establish the internal control and risk management system of the subsidiary. Deeply and comprehensively integrate it into various business processes, perform financial supervision duties, promptly identify and proactively mitigate relevant risks, ensure compliance with fiscal, tax, and legal requirements, and safeguard the medium and long-term healthy development of the U.S. subsidiary's business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting/Finance.
    Chinese descent preferred; California residency preferred.
  • Over 3 years of experience in financial accounting and management at local U.S. enterprises. Proficient in IFRS and USGAAP. ACCA, USCPA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, cross-cultural awareness, and overall competence. Ability to work under moderate pressure, with an entrepreneurial spirit and growth potential.
  • Excellent listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in both English and Mandarin, which can be used as working languages.
