IMT Residential is hiring a Community Manager for IMT Lowry, 414 unit luxury community in Denver, CO.

- Pay - $85,000-$100,000 depending upon skills and experience related to the role and monthly bonuses and commissions. Given the size and complexity of the site, we are considering candidates with Community Manager experience.

Position Details:
The Community Manager (Property Manager) is the business leader for the property ensuring a positive working environment, quality community living, and a high standard of operations to meet IMT's objectives.
- Lead your team of leasing and service associates
- Drive financial results to meet IMT's income and expense goals
- Lead sales with continuous involvement in the leasing process including leasing apartment homes yourself, renewing leases, developing your team's skills, marketing your community, and monitoring market conditions
- Partner with your Service Manager to ensure property site conditions are in good working order with excellent curb appeal
- Maintain an open door policy with residents to provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships
- Adhere to Fair Housing laws, regulations, and IMT's policies and procedures
- Perform bookkeeping and financial tasks including rent collection, delinquency, move-out statements, and financial and variance reports
- Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by Regional Manager

- Multi-family housing management experience
- Knowledge of property bookkeeping and financials
- The ability to connect with a variety of people and successfully lead a team
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- The ability to work well in a high volume and sometimes stressful environment
- The ability to work well independently and make sound business decisions
- A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
- Computer skills with MRI experience a plus
- College education helpful
- ARM or CAM designation a plus
- Active and valid driver license is required
