We're seeking a Print Design & Production Specialist who's ready to be hands-on with

everything from design setup and printing to CNC cutting, laminating, and quality control. If you

love bringing ideas to life and take pride in top-tier production quality — we want you on our

team.

Key Responsibilities

● Create and prepare production-ready artwork files for print and CNC.

● Operate large-format printers, laminators, cutters, and CNC routers with high

degree of precision.

● Use VCarve and related CNC software for generating cut files and tool paths.

● Handle lamination, trimming, and finishing for various printed materials types.

● Ensure flawless color accuracy, alignment, and scaling across all output.

● Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of print and CNC

equipment.

● Collaborate effectively with our design, production, and scenic teams to execute

creative builds on time and at the highest quality standards to meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves) ● Demonstrated experience in a professional print production or fabrication environment. ● Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative, and file formats for printing. ● Hands-on experience using VCarve (or similar CNC software like Aspire). ● Strong technical skills in operating CNC routers, flatbed printers, plotters, and laminators. ● Comprehensive understanding of print materials and formats, substrates, and finishing processes. ● Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, and time efficient management. ● A collaborative team player attitude who thrives in a collaborative, creative, and fast-passed environment. Preferred Skills ● Experience in a print shop or signage production environment. ● Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx, Caldera, etc.). ● Basic carpentry, fabrication, or finishing experience is a plus. Pay: $ $26.60 per hour
