Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join Davis & Associates as a Client Care Specialist. The Client Care Specialist is responsible for working one-on-one with potential and existing clients regarding their cases. Candidate must be able to create trust and confidence. S/he will be responsible to ensure that all the new clients understand the contract terms and set proper expectations of firm process.

Responsibilities:

  • Attends consultation as assigned by Manager, either in person or phone throughout the day.
  • Drafts and provides a quote to everyone we can help according to official pricing list.
  • Setting proper new client expectations, Including, but not limited to:
  • Taking the full down payment and providing receipt with a Client Communication Form.
  • Obtaining signed contract by Client
  • Offering automatic payment enrollment to every client
  • Providing checklist to every client
  • Explaining payment plan, late fees and assigning a case number
  • Explaining the Technology Portal for client communication
  • Ensures follow ups, and clients are contacted in a timely manner every day.
  • Ensures the Client Care Team is up to date on their Tasks, Emails, and Callbacks.
  • Escalating any employee observations that might become an issue.
  • Creating a list of recommendations for the management team.
  • Leading team meetings and engaging the team.
  • Coming up with metrics and/or rewards to motivate team members.
  • Serving as first level for client escalations.
  • Small budget management for team building activities.
  • Assisting with onboarding and training of new hires or new internal procedures.
  • Handling distribution of "weekly tasks" between all team members.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English-Spanish) is required;
  • High School Diploma required, College or equivalent preferred
  • Superior organizational and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with clients and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
