Position Summary

RSI is recruiting for a Special Projects Coordinator who will be responsible for, but is not limited to; supporting the Director of Site Operations.

Job Title: Special Projects Coordinator

Location(s): Grand Junction, CO/Remote

Status: On-Casual

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Hiring Range: $75.00 to $100.00/hour. (The anticipated starting salary is based on the posted minimum requirements for this position. The offered salary will be based upon the selected applicant's education, training, and experience.)

This position does not require travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, update and assist in the implementation of multiple projects.
  • Coordinate dual regulations for reporting.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Years of Relevant Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field. Experience in lieu of education considered.
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience

Licenses and Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to interact with the internal and external clients on various related issues.
  • High level of proficiency in database manipulations.
  • High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software.
  • Language, mathematical, and computer skills. Proficient Technical writing ability.
  • Interpret government regulations and mandates for reporting purposes.

  • Fit for Duty Test (if applicable)

Essential Physical Requirements

Sedentary: Work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs may be defined as sedentary when walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
