Overview:
Associate Project Manager sought by NV5 Consultants, Inc. in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
Assist with energy project management. Develop energy baselines and savings strategies for energy efficiency and sustainability projects. Perform energy engineering and economic analysis for energy projects. Monitor Measurement and Verification (M&V) of baseline energy consumption of building/equipment/system. Design building energy models and energy data visualization. Evaluate buildings on-site to determine energy savings. Job may be performed anywhere in the U.S. Employee may reside anywhere in the U.S.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Applied Energy, Electromechanical Systems, or a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or similar energy engineering role. Requires 5 years of experience working with energy modeling software eQuest and Trace700. Requires Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP). Experience may have been gained concurrently. May require up to 20% domestic travel.
